★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia! No respetaron las citas, me tocaba 12:30 y salí 15:30!! Repleto desde la fila, (afuera) cero ventilación, no respetaban sana distancia... Adentro no mejoró. Muchísima gente sentados sin dejar espacio entre lugares, nada ventilado y como mencioné horas de espera!! Me arrepiento de haber elegido este lugar como opción para sacar pasaporte. CERO lo recomiendo.
 Terrible experience! They did not respect the appointments, it was 12:30 and I left 15:30 !! Crowded from the row, (outside) zero ventilation, they did not respect a healthy distance ... Inside it did not improve. Lots of people sitting without leaving space between places, nothing ventilated and as I mentioned hours of waiting !! I regret having chosen this place as an option to obtain a passport. ZERO I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó el servicio que le dieron a mi mamá, ya que, ella no sabe usar la computadora por que no le llama la atención. Y le pidió ayuda a una de las empleadas y le dijo que ella tenía que sacar el documento que no le podía ayudar. A lo cual mi madre le dijo yo no se ocupar el equipo. La ventaja fue que otra persona que no era empleada de ahí le ayudó.
