★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es claro, buen surtido y buen conocimiento técnico, pero la atención es bastante mala, llegando a lo pedante... No todos tienen bicicletas último modelo y de moda, creo que debería considerar esto al ser un comercio de servicio... No regreso a este lugar!!!!

- arreglar un par de bicis desde pinchaduras hasta Casio de masas y frenos.
- comprar una bicicleta para mis hijos
- recibir asesoría
Siempre he sido recibido cordialmente y me aclaran mis dudas. Me ayudan a checar precios, incluso me mejoran los precios de otras tiendas.
I have visited this place for several reasons including:
- fix a couple of bikes from punctures to Casio masses and brakes.
- buy a bicycle for my children
- receive advice
I have always been cordially received and they clarify my doubts. They help me check prices, they even improve the prices of other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal dr el refugio es malísima, entras y nadie te ofrece nada, precios súper altos para bicis usadas, y ahora llamo para preguntar algo en horas de oficina y no contestan. Muy decepcionado de esta tienda.
The refuge branch is terrible, you enter and nobody offers you anything, super high prices for used bikes, and now I call to ask something during office hours and they don't answer. Very disappointed in this store.
