★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Recibí un regalo de ahí que me gustó mucho pero me quedo grande así que fui a cambiarlo y a comprar mas ropa para mi. No me lo quisieron cambiar y me dieron pretextos bien simples y sin fundamentos de porque no me la cambiaban. Una empleada le dijo que podrían buscar mi prenda por nombre para cambiarmela y la encargada le dijo que no y no me quisieron ayudar. Ni ganas me dieron de comprarles algo más. Nada que ver con la sucursal Morelos, ahí siempre me ayudan y tratan bien.
 Very bad service. I received a gift from there that I really liked but it was big so I went to change it and buy more clothes for myself. They didn't want to change it and they gave me very simple and unfounded pretexts as to why they didn't change it. An employee told her that they could look for my garment by name to change it and the manager said no and they did not want to help me. I didn't even want to buy anything else from them. Nothing to do with the Morelos branch, they always help me and treat me well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No estoy seguro si llegué en un mal momento, pero la empleada que nos atendió (a mi pareja y a mi) no mostró interés alguno al momento de estar con nosotros. A duras penas conseguimos que nos mostrara un par de piezas, el resto del tiempo tuvimos que arreglarnos por nuestros medios. Lo anterior trajo como consecuencia que no compráramos producto alguno, a pesar de que se advertia que tenían un gran surtido.
I'm not sure if I arrived at a bad time, but the employee who attended us (my partner and me) did not show any interest at the time of being with us. We barely managed to get him to show us a couple of pieces, the rest of the time we had to fix ourselves. This resulted in us not buying any product, despite the fact that it was noted that they had a large assortment.
