★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y peor trato al cliente, buenos vendiendo, pero muy malos trabajando, no te resuelven nada, además que el personal encargado de hacer el mantenimiento es grosero y mentiroso, quedas excesivamente asqueado de su servicio.
Terrible service and worse customer treatment, good at selling, but very bad at working, they don't solve anything for you, in addition to the fact that the maintenance staff is rude and liar, you are excessively disgusted with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de Internet y pésimo servicio de atención a clientes, durante 6 meses que tengo contratado su servicio hemos tenido constantes fallas de Internet, super lento y en ocasiones sin el servicio durante días.
Al reportar la falla, las empleadas sólo comentan que levantarán el reporte, comentaran con los técnicos y te regresarán la llamada para darle solución , cosa que no hacen, tienes que volver a hablar para recordarles que le den seguimiento.
No lo recomiendo para nada.
Poor Internet service and lousy customer service, for 6 months I have contracted their service we have had constant Internet failures, super slow and sometimes without service for days.
When reporting the failure, the employees only comment that they will raise the report, comment with the technicians and they will return the call to solve it, something they do not do, you have to talk again to remind them to follow up.
I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si lo que buscas es una velocidad rápida, confiable y un buen trato al cliente es mejor contratar otro servicio de internet, el servicio está lo que le sigue a malo y el servicio al cliente es más que lamentable como si te regalaran el servicio
