★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nada recomendable. Llevo más de 30 días esperando un producto que en la tienda me dijeron tardaría máximo 10 dias en llegar. No mal gasten su dinero y eviten disgustos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No llegan tus productos en tiempo, tardan mas de 3 meses y en atención a clientes ni en tienda te dan solución. Supuestamente son 10 días hábiles y no es verdad. Nada recomendable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojalá hubiera leído estos comentarios antes de comprar en esta tienda, PÉSIMO servicio; compras con tiempos de entrega de 10 días y no te entregan si tratas de contactarlos, en atención a clientes puedes esperar hasta 1 hora y nadie contesta, en Facebook borran tus comentarios para que la gente no vea que son unos estafadores y te cobran algo que no entregan, en twitter nadie contesta. No caigan con esta tienda ni con la empresa en general, hay muchas páginas que anuncian cómo han defraudado a muchas personas. Pongo una estrella por no puedo no seleccionar, pero por mi les daba cero.
I wish I had read these reviews before buying from this store, AWFUL service; You buy with delivery times of 10 days and they do not deliver if you try to contact them, in customer service you can wait up to 1 hour and nobody answers, on Facebook they delete your comments so that people do not see that they are scammers and they charge you something that they don't deliver, nobody answers on twitter. Do not fall for this store or the company in general, there are many pages that advertise how many people have been disappointed. I put a star for I cannot not select, but for me I gave them zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , se realizó una compra hace 3 meses, hicieron una entrega parcial y el mueble que falta solo marcan cada 15 o 20 días para decir que no hay fecha de entrega , cuando en la compra manejaban 10 días para la entrega de todo , solicito la devolución y la respuesta es que tardan de 30 a 45 días en devolverme mi dinero y con una penalización del 15% , cuando ellos son los que están quedando mal en la entrega , el gerente Rafael hdz muy amable en la venta pero pésimo para resolver y grosero , se deslindan de la entrega y de todo que por qué no es su área.
Terrible service, a purchase was made 3 months ago, they made a partial delivery and the missing piece of furniture only marks every 15 or 20 days to say that there is no delivery date, when in the purchase they handled 10 days for the delivery of everything, I request the return and the answer is that it takes 30 to 45 days to return my money and with a penalty of 15%, when they are the ones that are looking bad in the delivery, the manager Rafael hdz very kind in the sale but terrible to solve and rude, they disregard the delivery and everything that is not their area.
