★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el 25 de octubre 2020 compre una sala, y hoy 28 de abril 2021 siguen sin entregarla y sin devolverme el dinero.
De verdad les recomiendo puedan revisar cuando les entregaran sus muebles ya que si están muy bonitos pero la tienda tiene muchas quejas en profeco, ya que cabe mencionar ya también estoy en tramites con profeco para que mi queja se haga valida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísima atención de los ejecutivos, para vender te acompañan a todos lados como escoltas pero para aclaraciones se esconden y te inventan mil excusas para no atenderte. Les recomiendo no comprar en D Europeo, he tenido una mala experiencia con la tienda ya que después de 5 meses de compra aún no me pueden entregar mi pedido en buenas condiciones, han intentado entregar pero con daños en los productos.
Very bad attention from the executives, to sell they accompany you everywhere as escorts but for clarification they hide and make up a thousand excuses for not serving you. I recommend you not to buy in European D, I have had a bad experience with the store since after 5 months of purchase they still cannot deliver my order in good condition, they have tried to deliver but with damage to the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lastima que D'europe al vender en la expo del WTC jamás mencionaron los vendedores que la entrega de los muebles es a 60 o 70 días hasta que ya habíamos pagado, es inaceptable!!! Lo pero me entregan una sala en malas condiciones, los decorativos deshilachado y sin ser los mismos que nos ofrecieron en la venta, la ley federal protección al consumidor art 92 otorga derechos para reclamar la cancelación y solicitar el 20% por incumplimiento. Fui este sábado personalmemte y resulta que no me pueden regresar mi dinero, compre dos muebles, me entregan solo uno en mal estado y no me quieren hacer la devolución de mi dinero.
Pésimo D'europe les mande dos correos y nadie se hace responsable, llamo por teléfono y no me responden voy a las tiendas Marina Nacional y El Toreo y no me dan solución. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ D'Europe Muebles es una vergüenza como empresa, espero que mi testimonio también sirva para que otras personas se den cuenta que esta marca no vale la pena es incumplida y roba a sus clientes. Yo compre un mueble y una sala desde el mes de mayo y la ejecutiva solo me da largas, después de 120 solicité la devolución de mi dinero y sigo sin obtener una respuesta. No compren en D'Europe ya que como ven los demás testimonios son muchas las personas que han sido víctimas de esta empresa abusiva.
D'Europe Muebles is a shame as a company, I hope that my testimony also helps other people to realize that this brand is not worth it, it is unfulfilled and it steals from its customers. I have bought a piece of furniture and a room since the month of May and the executive just gives me long, after 120 I requested a refund of my money and I still do not get an answer. Do not buy at D'Europe since, as the other testimonies see, many people have been victims of this abusive company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, en la venta te bajan la luna y las estrellas y al momento de realizar la liquidación te indican que en 72 horas lo tienes en tu domicilio, pasa el tiempo y acudes a ver qué sucedió y te enteras que el vendedor nunca aplicó tú pago por lo que tienes que esperarte más de una semana para que te entreguen tu pedido y esperemos lo entreguen.
The service is terrible, in the sale the moon and the stars go down and at the moment of making the liquidation they tell you that in 72 hours you will have it at your home, time passes and you go to see what happened and you find out that the seller never applied your payment so you have to wait more than a week for them to deliver your order and hopefully they deliver it.
