Tardaron 2 meses en decirme que los muebles que compré ya no los tenían en existencia y que su proveedor ya no los fabricaba así que regresé a la tienda y los cambié por otros y tuve que pagar el flete. No vuelvo a comprar en D'Europe, no sé cuando se creyeron Liverpool o Palacio de Hierro.
It took them 2 months to tell me that the furniture I bought was no longer in stock and that their supplier was no longer making it so I went back to the store and exchanged it for others and had to pay the freight. I will not buy in D'Europe again, I do not know when Liverpool or Palacio de Hierro were believed.

Buenas tardes!!! Ya pasaron 35 días desde que realicé lo que me pidieron de enviar un correo solicitando mi dinero, y no hay respuesta!!! Regrésenme mi dinero por favor!!!! Actualización 25 de febrero de 2021!!! Compré un sillón el 16 de noviembre de 2020 y nunca me llegó, hoy comencé proceso de devolución el cual tarda de 45 a 60 días de acuerdo a lo que me comentaron por teléfono, ni modo a esperar, muy mala experiencia primera y única compra en la vida, saludos

Muy contenta estuve cuando compre 2 sillones, me dijo la señorita que llegaba a lo mucho en un mes por la pandemia, ya llevo 3 meses y no hay respuesta de nada, no llega, los de México comentan que el provedor no les surte. No tenemos sala ,ya cancelé pero tampoco hay respuesta alguna. Que triste pasar una situación así. Lamentablemente ya te dejan o más bien se te quitan las ganas de volver a comprar ahí

Pésimo servicio! compre un sillón que me dijeron que si elegía se tardaban 30 días (con todo y Covid), en el ticket dice 50 y ya van 100 días. Marco para cancelar a la tienda y la señorita dice que no se puede que me tienen que marcar de un área en 3 días aproximadamente,, no existe teléfono directo. No puede ser que no tengan una respuesta rapida al menos en esto despues de tan grande retraso...

Terrible la tienda: 1. La vendedora te dice que te entregan en 15 días. 2. El ticket dice 10 días de entrega (tentativa). 3. El folleto (términos) dice hasta 60 días. Pasaron y no entregaron. 4. En esta tienda no te resuelven, te tienes que comunicar a México. 5. Para cancelar compra te piden la ID, estado de cuenta y mandar por correo. Luego tienes que convencerlos de que tú la compraste.

Pésima, pésima experiencia de compra, 6 semanas para entregar, entregan producto con diferencias de tono, lo regreso, se lo llevan y tardan otras 5 semanas en traer el nuevo y llega dañado. A casi 2 semanas no han resuelto y en teléfono no dan ningún tipo de seguimiento!
Terrible, terrible shopping experience, 6 weeks to deliver, they deliver a product with differences in tone, I return it, they take it away and it takes another 5 weeks to bring the new one and it arrives damaged. 모. 지. 란 여자들이 일 하는데 (책임지기 싫어하는 스타일) 배송일은 말을 안 해주고 언제 받고 싶냐고 물음. 10일 이후 말한 날짜에 당연히 안왔고 항의를 하니 본사에서 전화가 와서 일주일 더 기다리라고 다른 옵션은 없다고 당당하게 말함. 그럼 전시용상품을 살테니 내일까지 배송해달라 했음 근데 소비자인 내가 왠 싸인을 해야 한다고 함. 다음 날 11시에 싸인 하러 갔는데 본사에 승인이 안떨어졌다고 기다리라 함. 3시에 전화가 와서 승인 떨어졌다고 또 싸인 하러 오라 함. 본인들이 아는 무단사가 안온다고 직접 섭외하라함 섭외 후 무단사 5시 도착 싸인도 무단사가 출발 하기 직전에 해야한다고 함 5:40 싸인을 했고 이제야 보내줌 전시 상품을 사면 2000페소를 돌려 받아야 하는데 포인트로 줌 또 뭐사면 암 걸릴 것 같음 Para que existe el proceso? Para cliente? No creo! Por su proceso tuvimos que estar todo el día Para firmar en una hoja hasta final ¡Qué Burocracia!
