★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio jamas recibido en mi vida no exagero. Ofrecen tiempos de entrega irreales, no hay atención de información, pensaba comprar otros muebles pero jamás volveré a comprar ahí. Compre una sala, me indicaron 45 dias, durante ese tiempo no hubo atención de seguimiento, llamabamos a nuestra vendedora y nos decian que el proceso era enviar un correo, total transcurrieron los 45 dias, nos dijeron que 15 dias mas, luego que 20 y así pasaron mas de 100 días, visitamos la tienda y ps nuestro pedido estaba cancelado, nadie nos aviso ni nada, lo correspondiente era devolver el dinero o un monedero, creo que a una tienda jamas le habia importado tan poco el servicio a cliente, pones mensajes en sus redes sociales y los borran, en vez de solucionar, yo podría entender todo menos que nos dieran la atención de informar, creo que si piensan comprar un mueble no lo hagan en este lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa es un FRAUDE. Pésimo servicio, excedieron los 60 días de tiempo de entrega, al pedir devolución te hacen esperar todavía más. el personal de la sucursal literalmente no sirve para nada, si vas a quejaete lo único que hacen es hacerte tomar la llamada. Voy a llevar esto a Profeco, gracias por hacerme perder mi tiempo y retener mi dinero por meses (mientras seguramente se benefician de su manejo).
This company is a FRAUD. Terrible service, they exceeded 60 days of delivery time, when requesting a return they make you wait even longer. the branch staff is literally useless, if you are going to complain all they do is make you take the call. I'm taking this to Profeco, thank you for wasting my time and keeping my money for months (while you surely benefit from your handling).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su entrega "Expres" debe ser mayor a un mes, tengo DOS MESES, que pagué un mueble y no me lo han podido entregar, le hechan la culpa a su proveedor, mientras están "jineteando" mi dinero. El gerente de la tienda, es solo un vendedor sin que pueda tomar ninguna desicion.
Your "Expres" delivery must be greater than a month, I have TWO MONTHS, I paid for a piece of furniture and they have not been able to deliver it to me, they blame their supplier, while they are "riding" my money. The store manager is just a salesperson without being able to make any decisions.
