★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio y falta de compromiso con el cliente sobre todo el gerente de nombre "Raul", cuando asistes a tienda para realizar la compra te hacen la barba en todo, pero ya para la entrega ni sus luces, quieres contactarlos vía telefonica jamas contestan y si llegan hacerlo no saben decir otra cosa que van a ver que pasa con tu entrega y que en breve te devolverán la llamada, llamada que nunca llega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de 1 mes y no me resuelven, el tel de la tienda nunca contestan, y en servicio a cliente te dan largas, que porque son telas de importación y por la pandemia no pueden ingresar al pais

Llevo mas de 3 meses que compre una sala y no me la han entregado...nunca contestan los numeros de atencion a clientes..voy a la tienda y solo me dicen que de ellos no es el problema..que problema del CEDIS, en el mesenger solo te mandan el mismo mensaje (uno de nuestros ejecutivos se pondra en contacto...y nada). No compren problemas..
