★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de entrega, se les pide que llamen 1hora antes de la entrega y no lo hacen y quieren cobrar una segunda entrega por no "avisar". Llevo 1 semana esperando la llamada de seguimiento de mi no entrega y no contestan los teléfonos de la sucursal Pachuca para brindarme una solución.
 Terrible delivery service, they are asked to call 1 hour before delivery and they do not and they want to charge a second delivery for not "notifying". I have been waiting 1 week for the follow-up call of my non-delivery and they do not answer the phones of the Pachuca branch to provide me with a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal los empleados son groseros cuando ya adquiriste el producto, en especial DANIEL GUERRERO quien tal parece que trabaja por necesidad y como si regalara los muebles, a pesar de comprar de contado, te exigen que aportes tus datos personales para que el producto que adquiriste y ya pagaste te lo puedan entregar en tu domicilio, no tienen publicado un aviso de privacidad y protección a los datos personales, de tal manera que si no les das tus datos personales acompañados de una fotocopia de tu credencial de elector y un documento en el cual les otorgues el uso y venta de tus datos personales, pues nada más se niegan a entregarte tus muebles. Y si esto fuera. Poco te los entregan desarmados. Evidentemente me queje con PROFECO. y nunca más comprare en D'europe por la mala experiencia que tuve en esta sucursal de Pachuca. Había comprado en otras sucursales y había tenido excelente servicio, pero por esta sucursal no les vuelvo a comprar nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tengo 55 días esperando y ahora resulta que no tienen los muebles,sala comedor y cantina , pagados desde noviembre y para la cancelación y devolución del dinero será en otros 60 días .... cuando una empresa quiebra es más fácil culpar al gobierno que a sus propias políticas e incumplimientos, NO COMPREN AQUÍ....

Dijeron 20 días. Por otra parte trato de comunicarme por el teléfono que me dieron de atención a clientes y tengo 5 días llamando y no me contestan.
