LO PEOR ES QUE SEGUN LA SALA QUE NO ME HAN ENTREGADO PORQUE NO TIENEN EN EXISTENCIAS LA TIENEN EN LA PAGINA CON UNA PROMESA DE ENTREGA DE 10 DIAS Y EN LETRAS VERDES LA MARCAN COMO STOCK Y CUANDO MENCIONO ESTO A LOS VENDEDORES ME DICEN QUE ELLOS NO GESTIONAN LA PAGINA, PURA FRAUDE NO COMPREN!
BUY A SALE THAT THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL DELIVER ME IN 20 DAYS AND AT 20 DAYS THEY MARKED ME TO TELL ME THAT OTHER 20 DAYS AND SO THE 60 DAYS ARE ALREADY COMPLETED, THEY WILL NOT RETURN THE MONEY (YOU HAVE TO SEND AN EMAIL AND IN 25 DAYS THEY WILL GIVE YOU AN ANSWER ) I ASKED TO BE CHANGED FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY HAD IN STOCK THEY TOLD ME THAT NOTHING ... THE WORST IS THAT ACCORDING TO THE ROOM THAT THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED TO ME BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK THEY HAVE IT ON THE PAGE WITH A PROMISE OF DELIVERY OF 10 DAYS AND IN GREEN LETTERS MARK IT AS STOCK AND WHEN I MENTION THIS TO SELLERS THEY TELL ME THAT THEY DO NOT MANAGE THE PAGE, PURE FRAUD DO NOT BUY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, más de 90 días esperando un sofacama el cual nos dijeron entregaban en menos de 30 días. Hemos hablado unas 20 veces y siempre dan la misma respuesta, "se va a levantar una incidencia". Venimos a solicitar un reembolso a la sucursal y resulta que no pueden hacer eso y deben de "levantar otra incidencia" y tampoco te pueden dar el nombre del encargado de la tienda "porque no están autorizados".
NO COMPREN!
FRAUDE.
Terrible, more than 90 days waiting for a sofa bed which we were told delivered in less than 30 days. We have spoken about 20 times and they always give the same answer, "an incident is going to be raised." We come to request a refund at the branch and it turns out that they cannot do that and must "raise another incident" and they cannot give you the name of the store manager "because they are not authorized."
DO NOT BUY!
FRAUD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un sofá en la expo D' Europe en el World trade center en mayo del 2021, es la fecha y ni sofá, ni devolución, pésimo servicio en todos los aspectos, en las tiendas, vía telefónica, se pasan la bolita unos a otros, déspotas e inútiles!!!
Buy a sofa at the D'Europe expo at the World trade center in May 2021, it is the date and no sofa, no return, terrible service in all aspects, in stores, by phone, they pass the ball to each other , despots and useless!!!
