★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio en verdad no compren aquí, compré una litera, la fueron a entregar hoy, dijeron que la dejaban armada, y le pedí a mi mamá que la recibiera, la armaron de la peor manera, mi mamá dijo que llegaron como tomados, y le dijeron que ya había quedado y está armada de una manera nefasta, en verdad no compren en esta tienda, te venden las perlas de la virgen y que todo lo dejan perfecto y se aprovechan de una señora de 60años y la dejan semi armada y se llevan las piezas que sobraron y obvio no colocaron, ese es el modus en el que trabajan, si quieres un mueble caro con un pésimo servicio puedes venir a comprar a esta tienda, lo más nefasto que puedes encontrar en verdad, y les marcas, te dicen que regresarán y apagan su celular

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, si necesitas algún mueble busca en otra mueblería en esta son muuuuuy mentirosos en mi caso programaron mi entrega para el 17 de noviembre y hasta el momento no llega nada y me volvieron a marcar para decirme que me reprogramaron para la siguiente semana si quiero. No te quieren devolver tu dinero y las personas que atienden telefónicamente son prepotentes y groseras en mi caso la disque gerente de tienda. Por eso sí requieres un mueble recomiendo mucho comprar en otro lugar .
The service is terrible, if you need any furniture, look at another furniture store in this one they are sooooo liars in my case they scheduled my delivery for November 17 and so far nothing has arrived and they called me again to tell me that they rescheduled me for the following week if want. They do not want to return your money and the people who answer the phone are arrogant and rude in my case the store manager dialed. So if you require a piece of furniture, I highly recommend buying elsewhere.

No compren en esta muebleria.!!!

Comienzo a pensar que me estafaron como dicen los grupos de fb
La atención es muy buena hasta que pagas y ahí cambia la actitud del vendedor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia de compra, por favor chequen los comentarios antes de hacerlo yo no lo hice y la verdad estoy muy molesta. Al hacer mi compra me prometieron 10 días para entrega llevo 1 mes y aún no he recibido nada, nadie te atiende ni te da una respuesta en la tienda se hacen lis que no saben que es culpa del proveedor y con el Sr. Ramiro Alcaraz que según él tiene todo la inferencia en la compra no te soluciona nada. Les pido mi dinero y solo me quieren dar el 30% es algo que me urge y estoy esterando sun que hacer se supone una tienda que lleva prestigio pero de verdad no hagan compras ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo comprar muebles ahí, la calidad de los muebles bien. Tarde 4 meses en el reembolso de unas sillas que vendieron pero nunca entregaron por no tener existencia y su línea telefónica no sirve. Logre contactar por Facebook y sólo así tuve respuesta.
I do not recommend buying furniture there, the quality of the furniture is good. I was 4 months late in reimbursing some chairs that they sold but never delivered because they were out of stock and their phone line is down. I managed to contact on Facebook and only then did I get an answer.
