 Very nice only the waiters did not attend when you asked them to pass me asking for a glass and a jug of water for a long time until I went with the manager I guess and I provided it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exelente servicio pero se me hace muy peligrosas las escaleras y muy incómodo el lugar sobre todo la parte de la pista el barandal de madera se mueve y los juegos están en mal estado además si hay invitados en silla de ruedas o bastón se me hace incómodo y peligroso buena música buen ambiente pero tiene sus detalles ( he ido a varios eventos y la pista de cristal se ve sucia o almenos la parte de abajo pero si se nota )
Excellent service but the stairs are very dangerous and the place is very uncomfortable, especially the part of the track, the wooden railing moves and the games are in poor condition, also if there are guests in a wheelchair or a cane it makes me uncomfortable and dangerous good music good atmosphere but it has its details (I have been to several events and the glass floor looks dirty or at least the bottom part but it shows)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar pequeño ideal para pocos invitados atienden bien, la comida es buena lo que deben de mejorar es el sonido, cada vez que alguien movía un cable se escuchaba muy feo.
It is a small place ideal for few guests attend well, the food is good what they should improve is the sound, every time someone moved a cable it was very ugly.

Tiene escaleras para llegar a las mesas,
Está dividido en plata baja, media y alta en cada zona (1 y 2) con mesas redondas como para 10 personas
En la planta alta tiene mesas y sillas altas como para tres personas, la pista es llamativa ya que parece ser de vidrio
Cuánta con pantalla grande y dos chicas para que de cualquier ángulo se vea lo que pasa en la pista
Los meser@s son muy amables y atentos
Hay lugar para tener música en vivo y cuentan con show de imitación de cantantes, zancos y mucho más
Es un lugar muy agradable para bodas, graduaciones, eventos empresariales
No percibí si hay zona para niños pero podría adaptarse algunas áreas si es que no son muchos los invitados ....

Al cancelar mi contrato por la pandemia la señora dió mi fecha antes de cancelarla en el momento que yo le pedí mi dinero devuelta la señora muy groseramente me insulto y quería llamar a sus abogados No tuve buena experiencia ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PROTECCIÓN CIVIL debería poner atención en este negocio, MUY, PERO MUY PELIGROSO para todos los asistentes porque:
-Pisos con desniveles, no advierten del desnivel
-Pasamanos tambaleantes
-Escaleras con escalones desiguales y de paso en caracol
-Escalera metálica, como de pintor, según para salida de emergencia
Me tocó ver 1 accidente feo porque no se ven los desniveles en el piso negro, hasta llevaron a los paramédicos de la CRUZ ROJA que está enfrente, creo ya los conocen y van cuando les indican. Le comenté a una mesera y dijo que era la 1ra vez que pasaba pero leyendo los comentarios ya han sido varias ocasiones.
SUBO LAS FOTOS de la persona accidentada y del piso negro con desnivel PARA RECONSIDEREN su fiesta aquí si quieren TENER un DÍA INOLVIDABLE, de verdad, reconsideren otra opción para su FAMILIA ???
CIVIL PROTECTION should pay attention to this business, VERY, BUT VERY DANGEROUS for all attendees because:
