★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí para tratamiento de ortodoncia, el doctor Alberto me ofreció alineadores prometiendo que se corregiría mi mordida. Después de hacer un pago inicial me dijeron que no se puede corregir mi mordida y no están dispuestos a reembolsarme el pago que hice.
I went for orthodontic treatment, Dr. Alberto offered me aligners promising that my bite would be corrected. After making an initial payment they told me that my bite cannot be corrected and they are not willing to refund the payment I made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta semana comencé a tratarme en este consultorio y hasta el momento he tenido un excelente servicio. El trato como el servicio de la doctora Michelle ha sido excelente. Espero continuar de la misma manera con lo que me falta. Algo qué tal vez uno tiene que consideras es el precio de los tratamientos que están altos. Y les falta poner un letrero que mencione que están ahí y son un consultorio.
This week I started treating myself in this office and so far I have had an excellent service. The treatment and service of Dr. Michelle has been excellent. I hope to continue in the same way with what I lack. Something that maybe one has to consider is the price of treatments that are high. And they need to put a sign that mentions that they are there and they are an office.
