★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está demasiado caro. Y así solo lleves medio kilogramo te cobran por fuerza 3 kilogramos y si en ese medio kilogramo llevas ropa de diferente color te dicen que si quieres lavado por separado te cobran 2 cargas de 3 kilogramos cada una.
 It is too expensive. And so you only take half a kilogram they charge you 3 kilograms for strength and if in that half kilogram you wear different colored clothes they tell you that if you want to wash separately they charge you 2 loads of 3 kilograms each.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La dependiente es NEFASTA, es super grosera y no es nada profesional. Una prenda que debía estar lista en una semana, tardará un mes por sus pistolas. La entregué el 6 de noviembre y ahora me la "van a entregar" hasta el 3 de diciembre. Fue super grosera y al final me sale con que si quiero no volver, "estoy en mi derecho" y que "de todos modos tengo que pagar". Por otra parte, hasta hace poco esta señora no utilizaba cubrebocas. Ahora, ya pusieron un escudo de plástico, pero aún así, esta señora, por normas elementales de higiene, debería utilizar bien el cubrebocas. Y lo mismo de siempre, o no lo lleva puesto o lo lleva debajo de la nariz. Totalmente ignorante de las normas más elementales de higiene.
The clerk is NEFASTA, she's super rude and unprofessional. A garment that should be ready in a week, will take a month for its guns. I delivered it on November 6 and now it will be "delivered" to me until December 3. She was super rude and in the end she came out saying that if I don't want to go back, "I'm within my rights" and that "I have to pay anyway. On the other hand, until recently this lady did not wear a mask. Now, they have already put a plastic shield, but even so, this lady, by basic hygiene rules, should use the mask well. And the same as always, or not wearing it or wearing it under the nose. Totally ignorant of the most elementary rules of hygiene.
