Nuestra Historia
D’PAUL® es la marca fundada por Don Jesús de Paul Solano en Guadalajara, Jalisco, durante el año 1971. Don Jesús era maestro sastre de profesión, y tuvo la visión de proveer de ropa fina y elegante realizada artesanalmente, sobre medida, a los hombres de la ciudad que requirieran vestir de etiqueta para ocasiones especiales como bodas, graduaciones y fiestas de gala. Esto bajo un modelo comercial inexistente en esos días: la renta.
La visión y la pasión del fundador aún se manifiestan en cada prenda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es excepcional, pero el abanico de trajes y smokings no es lo mejor, al menos cuando fui yo, no había gran variedad de trajes, no había corbatas del color que yo quería, la ropa que me dieron no me agradó del todo y al final no me llevé la ropa porque encontré mejores cosas en el ropero de mi casa. No me mal entiendan, es muy buen lugar... Pero creo que hay mejores (eso sí... Las señoritas que atienden SUPER AMABLES EN TODO MOMENTO, muy atentas y profesionales en su trabajo)
The customer service is exceptional, but the range of suits and tuxedos is not the best, at least when I went, there was not a great variety of suits, there were no ties of the color I wanted, the clothes they gave me I did not like. everything and in the end I didn't take my clothes because I found better things in my closet at home. Don't get me wrong, it's a very good place ... But I think there are better ones (yes ... The ladies who serve SUPER KIND AT ALL TIMES, very attentive and professional in their work)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que mi reseña no es satisfactoria como las demás es un lugar con muy pocos modelos a elegir su tela no es la mejor pero pudiera pasar todo eso por alto si no ubiece tenido la suerte de conocer el servicio al cliente que en una escala del 1 al 10 es -3 la dueña o señora que me atendió me relegó cuando uno de sus clientes que acude con más frecuencia llego ella quedó en confirmar al siguiente día y jamás me llamó me parece una falta de profesionalidad y de valor hacia el cliente no recomiendo este lugar en lo personal pero solo es mi opinión gracias.
The truth is that my review is not satisfactory like the others, it is a place with very few models to choose from, its fabric is not the best but I could overlook all that if you did not have the luck to know the customer service that on a scale from 1 to 10 is -3, the owner or lady who attended me relegated me when one of her clients who attended more frequently arrived, she agreed to confirm the next day and she never called me, it seems to me a lack of professionalism and value towards the client I do not recommend this place personally but it is just my opinion thank you.
