Nuestra Historia
D’PAUL® es la marca fundada por Don Jesús de Paul Solano en Guadalajara, Jalisco, durante el año 1971. Don Jesús era maestro sastre de profesión, y tuvo la visión de proveer de ropa fina y elegante realizada artesanalmente, sobre medida, a los hombres de la ciudad que requirieran vestir de etiqueta para ocasiones especiales como bodas, graduaciones y fiestas de gala. Esto bajo un modelo comercial inexistente en esos días: la renta.
La visión y la pasión del fundador aún se manifiestan en cada prenda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, les preguntas por algo y te responden de la peor manera. Los precios son buenos, pero quienes atienden lo hacen como si nos hicieran un favor o nos fueran a prestar las prendas, aun cuando uno es amable con ellos.
Terrible customer service, you ask them about something and they answer you in the worst way. The prices are good, but those who attend do it as if they were doing us a favor or were going to lend us the clothes, even when one is kind to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda con la mayor variedad de trajes en la ciudad, quieres resaltar en tu evento aquí es el lugar. Cuenta con un servicio atento y amable, aunque por lo mismo tienes que ser un poco paciente. Prepara la cartera si deseas rentar ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi esposo alquiló un traje y camisa aquí, a la primera se salió el primer botón de la camisa, y del saco, luego de la primera sentada empezó a descoser la pierna, tuvimos que detenerlo con ganchos sino eso se seguía hasta la rodilla, nos hizo pasar un muy mal momento.
My husband rented a suit and shirt here, at the first time the first button on the shirt came off, and from the jacket, after the first sitting he began to unstitch his leg, we had to stop him with hooks but that continued down to the knee, we he had a really bad time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando fuimos a recoger un traje nos atendió un señor muy grosero. Fue así con varias personas que entraron a la tienda mientras esperaba. Las mujeres que estaban ahí fueron muy amables y atentas a la hora de probarme el traje. Que lastima que traten así de mal a las personas algunos de los empleados.
When we went to pick up a suit, we were met by a very rude man. It was like this with several people who entered the store while I was waiting. The women who were there were very kind and attentive when trying on the suit. What a shame that some of the employees treat people so badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A diferencia de otros lugares que tienen el mismo giro comercial, aquí tienen los modelos tradicionales pero también los trajes de moda. Las recepcionistas muy atentas y con mucha paciencia en la atención personal e inclusive sugieren el tipo de traje , según la ocacion.
Unlike other places that have the same line of business, here they have the traditional models but also the trendy outfits. The receptionists are very attentive and very patient in personal attention and even suggest the type of suit, depending on the occasion.
