Update: Hace dos semanas escribí la reseña anterior, respondiendo el mensaje la empresa me escribió que les mandara un correo explicando lo sucedido, prometiendo dar una respuesta rápida el 22 de Julio lo envie y es fecha que no hay una respuesta de la tienda. solo perdí mi tiempo.
La idea de escribir esto no es para recuperar dinero de la renta, si no que la gente que tiene intención de rentar ahí sepa el riesgo que corre y la forma de solución que tiene DPAUL saltillo.
They gave me the pants with the broken zipper ... I claimed and they were not responsible ... do not renten in this place very bad customer service.

Update: Two weeks ago I wrote the previous review, answering the message the company wrote to me to send an email explaining what happened, promising to give a quick response on July 22nd, and it is a date that there is no response from the store. I just lost my time.
The idea of writing this is not to recover money from the rent, but the people who intend to rent there know the risk that runs and the form of solution that DPAUL saltillo has.

Su horario de sábado dice hasta las 2:00 pero dejan de atendenderte a la 1:15pm con ma excusa de que no es tiempo suficiente para la prueba de trajes, sin embargo no hacen ni el esfuerzo de proponerte agendar una cita para poder ser atendido con posterioridad. Lástima, por ser una franquicia deberían presentar mayor atención esos detalles
Pity service and attitude of the staff. Their Saturday schedule says until 2:00 but they stop attending you at 1:15 pm with the excuse that it is not enough time for the costume test, however they do not make the effort to propose you to schedule an appointment to be attended subsequently. Too bad, for being a franchise they should pay more attention to those details

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy prepotente la encargada principal, nos habló amenazando que ese día cerrarian mas temprano y cuando llegamos no si quiera tenían listos los trajes. Había mucha gente esperando ser atendida también.
The head manager was very arrogant, she spoke to us threatening that that day they would close earlier and when we arrived they didn't even have the suits ready. There were many people waiting to be served as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siendo las casi 12 horas del medio día y enviando mensaje previamente para ver sus horarios, llego a la tienda a unas horas de que me confirmaran el horario y gran sorpresa: CERRADO! Otro negocio más de los miles de Saltillo que parece que les tienes que rogar para comprarles y no al contrario.
Being almost 12 noon and sending a message previously to see their hours, I arrived at the store a few hours after they confirmed the schedule and great surprise: CLOSED! Another business among the thousands of Saltillo that it seems that you have to beg them to buy from them and not the other way around.
