★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visito D’Paula seguido y todo el equipo es súper profesional y preparado para todos los servicios que ofrecen, además de tratarte como en casa.
En mi última visita llegó una persona que desde la entrada no quiso acatar las medidas de sanidad, y cuando se le negó el servicio tomó una actitud prepotente y grosera. Me hace sentir cómoda saber que ese tipo de gente que incomoda y además pone en riesgo al resto no es bienvenida.
 I visit D’Paula often and the whole team is super professional and prepared for all the services they offer, in addition to treating you like home.
On my last visit, a person arrived who from the entrance did not want to comply with the sanitation measures, and when the service was denied, he took an arrogant and rude attitude. It makes me feel comfortable knowing that those kinds of people who make others uncomfortable and also put others at risk are not welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuesday is a great day to go to this place. The masseuse, the wax lady, the hair stylist are super friendly and nice. Over the phone they are not so great. I tried to book something again but this time for Tuesday night and the lady who answered the phone did not even asked questions or tried to accommodate to my needs and accommodate at all, she just said straight up NO and that was it. So they missed out on a customer. However the service I got from their workers was outstanding.
