D'Terrace Residences - 48399 Puerto Vallarta

We’ve stayed here twice. It’s a great location in PV and the condos are comfortable.

Beautiful rooftop pool.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Was here for five days while in Puerto Vallarta, and wow was it perfect. Right next to the beach and the heart of the romantic zone, and tons of great restaurants. The rooftop is absolutely incredible with a great pool, two hot tubs, and amazing sunset views. 24hr security is always there to keep you feeling safe, and can help find food, or call taxis. Super spot to stay, can't recommend it enough.

I get it, beautiful infinity pool. This place has many different hidden rules, not consistency at all, bathrooms are very slippery and not very clean for the money they want. From all the places I have stayed I never had this bad experience. Definitely I won’t recommend it to my friends.

Amazing place to stay for central location in Zona Romantica. No hills to climb to get to/from unlike almost all other Amampas zone locations. This is a condominium complex which also allows owners to rent out their units. The two bedroom units are the largest I've ever seen in Puerto Vallarta. If you're looking to host a party in your room this is not the place. If you're looking in Zona Romantica/Amampas for a place with + amazing views + rooftop amenities + rooftop pool, clean + safe (24x7 guarded and gated entrance) ++ Where you can relax and be close to all the bars, restaurants, clubs without hearing them when you want to sleep or fighting for elevator this is a great place. +++ Since condos and not a hotel, the owners are responsible and responsive to you and it's a large building but only 24 units so you know they're all quality size rooms, the Penthouse and two-bedrooms are identical layouts just PH is on higher floor. People complaining about "rules" -- (1) no rental in Puerto Vallarta allows guests to be brought back, (2) no place allows public nudity even in hot tub, (3) all places use wrist bands here that have amenities for use so not sure it's about the rules of this place just commonplace here to ensure safety and quality of amenities otherwise for those paying to stay here.

It's mostly airbnb or residecial so it's not a big party but you can have quiet civil celebrations , it really all depends on who owns the condo. The pool is Fabio but strict with night time closing. Professional and clean

D’Terrace is a beautiful building with excellent space. Location is fantastic, and the views from the pool are stunning. However, the owners of the condos are anything but nice. They have an attitude toward vacation renters. During our visit they lied about nudity on the pool deck. It seems like a money issue (if they charge you $$$ they save for themselves) I would never rent at D’Terrace again, I felt unwelcome. When I go to PV, I expect to meet new people and have a good time. Didn’t happen here. Find another place...

I don’t even know where to begin. I advise any female traveling to D’Terrace residences to be very careful and never walk alone on the property. Cesar the security guard at the front gate made several inappropriate comments to me and even touched my arm in passing while making a kissing sound. I was traveling with another female companion and he never did these things when we were together. As beautiful as the property is I will never stay here again. I was actually scared for my well being.
