★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos una orquídea para el 10 de mayo, si la pedimos un día antes, pero ellos dijeron que si la entregaría, después de las 5pm pero la entregarían. Dieron las 7pm y no llego nada, se termino el día y no se recibió nada, mande mensaje, dijeron que había vido un error, q por seguro al día siguiente a primera hora entregaban las flores, paso de medio día y no llego nada, hasta aproximadamente 2pm…( si a primera hora nose de donde)
La orquídea entregada estaba amarilla de las hojas ? nada que ver con lo que ordenamos… si mandaron una rosas para reiterar los errores pero al igual ya ivan muy marchitas de las puntas. Me llevo muy MALA experiencia ??
Es mejor decir no puedo, ya estamos llenos o no se puede entregar a dar un mal servicio y que el cliente ya no quiera regresar.
Espero que su servicio siga mejorando, y todos aprendamos de cosas asi.
 We asked for an orchid for May 10, if we asked for it a day before, but they said that they would deliver it, after 5pm but they would deliver it. It was 7pm and nothing arrived, the day was over and nothing was received, I sent a message, they said I had seen an error, that surely the next day the flowers would be delivered first thing in the morning, half a day passed and nothing arrived, until approximately 2pm…(if first thing in the morning I don't know from where)
The orchid delivered was yellow from the leaves ? nothing to do with what we ordered... they did send a rose to reiterate the errors but they were already very wilted at the ends. I have a very BAD experience ??
It's better to say I can't, we're already full or it can't be delivered than to give bad service and the customer doesn't want to come back.
