Un chico me atendió, me proporcionó los precios y la información. Después llame para agendar una cita y solo me colgaban, entonces... Si no están en servicio o algo pueden contestar el teléfono y dar esa información.
Pero como cliente, creo que lo mínimo que esperas es que te contesten la llamada.
Así que ya dudo en contratar su servicio.
Call for attention and reports on a solar heater maintenance.
A guy attended me, gave me prices and information. Then I called to make an appointment and they just hung up on me, so ... If they are not on duty or something they can answer the phone and give that information.
But as a customer, I think the least you expect is to get your call answered.
So I already hesitate to hire your service.
