El problema que hay en la empresa , No cuentan con servicio a domicilio a talleres, no cumplen con los pedidos a tiempo, dan fecha de entrega y no cumplen, en la entrega de refacciones por lo tanto nosotros como empresa pequeña FALLAMOS A NUESTROS CLIENTES....Los empleados de refacciones solo prometen y NOS COMPROMETEN dando fechas erróneas a nuestros clientes, para la entrega de su unidad. The service is good, we are talking about Dacza. El rescate pésimo nomás te borran códigos y quieren la firma de arreglado.. y en la agencia los mecánicos muy violentos se te van a los golpes cuando les haces ver qué no hicieron su trabajo, y la jerarquía del gerente no vale como si no existiera.. que pena que existan agencias con gente así.. A very bad experience. The lousy rescue just erased codes and wanted the signature fixed ... and in the agency the very violent mechanics are going to hit you when you let them see what they did not do their job, and the manager's hierarchy is not worth it as if it did not exist .. what a shame there are agencies with people like that ..
