Sus oficinas son de fácil acceso y muy bien acondicionadas.
La atención es buena, aunque hay rotación de personal que aveces hace que se pierda el seguimiento.
Pidan de favor antes de elegir notario, que les digan si ellos tienen algún problema en trabajar con este.
Ya que pueda que condicionen el avance de tu trámite por el de otra persona que nada tiene que ver contigo.
Seguro estoy que mejoran esos detalles.
This SOFOM was recommended to me by a very serious and honest notary.
Its offices are easily accessible and very well equipped.
The attention is good, although there is staff turnover that sometimes makes follow-up lose.
Before choosing a notary, please ask them to tell you if they have any problem working with him.
Since they may condition the progress of your procedure by that of another person who has nothing to do with you.
I'm sure they improve those details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraude absoluto.... O por lo menos las personas que me atendieron a mí, cobros sin recibo, no aclaración de dudas, se me cobraron los gastos notariales de una propiedad a adquirir y sin embargo no se pudo realizar la compra y el dinero se lo quedaron!!!!
Nadie dio explicaciones, los representantes de dicha hipotecaria no contestan y mucho menos en la Notaría 79 que es donde se iba a realizar la firma de la compra de la propiedad.
¡Cuidado! No confíen, el dinero obviamente no espero recuperarlo, sin embargo espero que con este comentario ya no defrauden a más personas.
Absolute fraud ... Or at least the people who attended me, charges without a receipt, no clarification of doubts, I was charged the notarial expenses of a property to be acquired and yet the purchase and the money could not be made they kept it !!!!
No one gave explanations, the representatives of said mortgage company did not answer, much less at Notary 79, which is where the signature of the property purchase was to be carried out.
Watch out! Do not trust, the money obviously I do not expect to get it back, however I hope that with this comment you do not disappoint more people.
