Es un lugar donde de entrada la atención es excelente y profesional, porque lleve un horno microondas, que en casa estaba fallando la parte digital porque se trabó y cuando llegue al centro de servicio funcionó perfectamente el Sr que me atendió, me explicó que tal vez fue una variación de voltaje y solo era resetearse y fue lo que paso. Si ubiera ido a otro lugar no me ubieran explicado, lo detuviesen y me indicarían que lo dejara para revisión y me cobrarían por no haberle hecho nada. Sin embargo el Sr. me indicó y coloco agua para demostrarme que funcionaba correctamente fue honesto y muy amable eso se agradece, bien por ese centro. Gracias.

Pésimo servicio, para nada recomendado, ni siquiera tienen la educación como para brindarte una cita, a la señora que me atendió le comenté lo mucho que me urgía el servicio y lo único que hizo fue ponerme pretextos, quería estar segura que este servicio era autorizado por Daewoo, y de solo escuchar como le hablan a un cliente no se puede esperar más de qué harán con tus equipos. Trabajen con sus colaboradores porque no están haciendo nada bueno para hacer que su negocio sea eficiente.

Del call center me. Enviaron a este lugar todo fue via WhatsApp jamás me enviaron el apartado donde dice que no cubre mi garantía las piezas son peor que chinas la lavadora costo 26,000 y la atención nefasta jamas me dijeron con quien hablaba no resolvieron lo que pedí no saben leer, jamas espero volver a tener contacto con alguien de ellos son nefastos en cuanto la servicio simplemente mi experiencia fue pésima

Tuve terrible experiencia, llegaron los técnicos, uno de nombre Alejandro, checaron mi refri y resulto tener un problema con el ventilador y se tenía que cambiar, por lo cual el costo que me dieron era de 2,200, un precio completamente fuera de lugar, ya que los ventiladores tan pequeños tiene un costo de $150 pesos maximo, mas de un refri tan pequeño como el mío, entonces me negue a pagarles y les dije que les daba respuesta al día siguiente. Y este par de técnicos lo que hicieron fue demasiado bajo, me dejaron sin conectar los cables del ventilador para que OBVIAMENTE AL DÍA SIGUIENTE ME VIERA EN LA NECESIDAD DE CONTRATARLES. Me marcaron obviamente por la mañana, primero un supuesto supervisor para ver si todo bien, le dije que el precio estaba exagerado y me ofrecio hacerlo por 1,800, me volví a negar. Por la tarde le mande un mensaje a Alejandro diciendole que tal vez por error dejaron los cables mal conectados porque de plano mi refri ya no funcionaba nada, me dijo que no fue así, le pedí que regresará por favor a checar porque me daban en la torre al no tener refri, me dijo que sí, obviamente no volvio. En mi necesidad, abrí el refri y confirme como DEJARON LOS CABLES SIN CONECTAR. ESTA GENTE SABE HACER SI TRABAJO ESO NO ME QUEDA DUDA, PERO NO SON HONESTOS, LOS PRECIOS SON ELEVADISIMOS Y MAS SI UDS VIVEN UN PROBLEMA POR PRIMERA VEZ Y NO SABEN DE COSTOS DE REFACCIONES, LES RECOMIENDO QUE LES DIGAN EL PROBLEMA Y UDS BUSQUEN LA PIEZA Y VEAN EN TODO MOMENTO CUANDO METEN MANO A SUS APARATOS, PORQUE ME PARECE DE MUY MAL GUSTO EL ABUSO DE ESTA GENTE Y MAS QUE SEA UN SUPUESTO DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO O QUIEN REPRESENTA A LA MISMA MARCA. ACUDAN CON OTROS TECNICOS, ESTA GENTE NO MERECE SE LES DE TRABAJO. Adjunto la imagen que prueba como dejaron el ventilador.
