Su aplicación falla mucho. Tienes que hacer dos o tres llamadas para que solucionen algo. Muy amables, pero les falta mejorar sus sistemas, en especial por que si exigen mucho el pago puntual.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto....Busquen otro sistema. Actualmente manejo su sistema en 3 lugares diferentes y sus apartados están bien corrientes. Misteriosamente los tableros de dañan cuando sus instaladores los cambian. y cada uno cuesta en $5,500 Busquen mejor otro proveedor.

No solamente es pésimo servicio, sino irresponsable. DAI me instaló el sistema de alarmas en mi casa. Ahora que pido servicio de mantenimiento, me dicen que "no encuentran mi número de cliente" a pesar de que se los doy con facturas de la empresa. Y me dicen que si no está registrado con ellos ese número, no me pueden dar servicio. Ni siquiera piden un scan de factura ni nada para tratar de aclarar. Evítenlos!!! Sobre su respuesta: No traten de confundir. Ustedes están condicionando un servicio. Y tiene implicaciones en la seguridad de las personas y sus familias. Les expliqué cuando les llamé que habían entrado ladrones a mi casa y que había falla en el sistema. También dije que no tengo servicio de monitoreo. Y simplemente me mandaron por un tubo, con "no está registrada" evidentemente, al pedir el servicio no esperaba que fuera gratis, pero nunca imaginé sus tretas para obligar a tener servicio de monitoreo. Hay más todavía que debe saberse por posibles clientes: hoy pedí servicio de revisión a otra empresa y me dicen que no pueden, porque DAI pone una clave y sin esa clave no pueden hacer arreglos ni ajustes. Condicionan un servicio que puede ser de vida o muerte!!! Eso es criminal.

NO RECOMIENDO A DAI. Venden las alarmas carísimas y son análogas, lo que significa que no sirven si tu línea telefónica e internet son de fibra óptica. Yo pagué la anualidad del monitoreo y al segundo mes me cambiaron a fibra óptica. Estuve llamando a DAI y como dos meses después me mandaron un técnico que me dijo que tenía que comprar un aparato IP que costaba 3 mil pesos. Llámé para ordenarlo y me dijeron que no tienen, que lo iban a mandar traer a Estados Unidos y que tenía que depositar el dinero por adelantado. Les pedí que me dieran los datos del IP pues yo iba a ir en esos días a Estados Unidos. Jamás me dieron ningunos datos, me decían que después me llamarían, volvía a llamar muchísimas veces y nunca me solucionaron nada. Así se ha ido pasando el año que pagué de monitoreo y no recibí el servicio ni solución a mi problema.

Pesimo servicio, hac años estaba muy bien y brindaban buen servicio pero ahora solamente estan buscando como vender sus productos en lugar de dar mantenimiento a los que ya tenemos instalados, ya hace 6 años instale una cerca electrica y siempre me cobraban el monitorio aun sabiendo que no funcinaba la cerca porque cuando solicitaba que vinieran al mantenimiento, querian siempre cambiarme toda la cerca que porque la que tenia ya no servia y me querian cobrar mas de 20,000 pesos, siendo que busque otro servicio y me la dejo funcionando muy bien con tan solo 4,000 pesos
