Day Light Salads un concepto de restaurante y fast food saludable, abre sus puertas en 2007 en el Estado de México, siguiendo las tendencias mundiales de alimentación, sana con productos naturales, nutritivos y saludables. La dinámica del restaurante es la preparación de ensaladas al gusto del comensal sobre una base de lechugas hidrópicas y una barra de ingredientes a escoger con más de 25 aderezos, algunos de ellos light. Actualmente contamos con 37 establecimientos en la Ciudad de México y Provincia.

De la empresa tenemos tarjetas restaurantes de chip, que literal lo aceptan en todas partes incluyendo mercados gourmets, de hecho en otros Daily Salad y en este no quisieron ni hacer el intento!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice mi pedido por la aplicación de DIDI, al llegar mis alimentos me percato que los traen sin protección, es decir sin venir dentro de una bolsa, el repartidor manipulo mis alimentos con sus manos con las que toma dinero, adicional no mandan los aderezos que solicite, desde de punto de vista es una falta de higiene es una falta de higiene mandar así los alimentos, llame a la sucursal y comenta la persona que contestó que siempre entregan así las ensaladas y ya que no se entregan dentro de bolsas ya que no esta permitido por las autoridades, le comento que en otro lugares utilizan bolsas de plástico biodegradables y me dice que no y me cuelga, por lo tanto a mi me parece una falta de higiene en el manejo de alimentos y pésima atención a clientes, esa es mi experiencia en este sitio.
