Pedimos el pastel grande Oreo, y cuando preguntamos por el helado extra, la persona que nos tomó la orden nos dijo que no podía darnos la promoción porque nosotros pedimos un pastel grande Oreo y no una promoción con pastel grande Oreo. La persona que nos entregó el pastel nos preguntó si ya nos habían dado el helado extra, y al comentarle la situación, cuestionó a su compañera. Al final no se respetó la supuesta promoción.
 There is a promotion, with the purchase of a large Oreo cake they give you an ice cream. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, su servicio empieza a alas 11, llegue 11:30, la chica me dijo que no había servicio por qué no llegaba su gerente, y no podía cobrar enseguida llegó un trabajador de mostrador y procedió a cobrarme pero me dijo que se tardaba una hora en decorar el pastel, le dije ok, me fui a dar una vuelta y cuando llegue hora y media después aún no lo tenía listo y saco un pedido de pastel antes siendo que fui la primera clienta del día, además de hacerlo de mala manera y malos gestos. No regreso a esa sucursal.
Bad experience, their service starts at 11, I arrived at 11:30, the girl told me that there was no service because her manager did not arrive, and she could not charge immediately a counter worker arrived and proceeded to charge me but told me that it took an hour to decorate the cake, I said ok, I went for a walk and when I arrived an hour and a half later I still didn't have it ready and I took out a cake order before being that I was the first client of the day, in addition to doing it badly manner and bad gestures. I will not return to that branch.
