No había servilletas en el dispensador, y al pedirlas, el chico como que no nos hizo caso, volvimos a decirle porque pensamos que tal vez no nos había escuchado y nos las aventó, (literal). A lo mejor no tuvo un buen día, pero la buena atención al cliente es de suma importancia y a veces implica tragarse los problemas que uno traiga para dar la mejor cara y proyectar una buena imagen de la empresa.
Zero friendly guys who attend. There were no napkins in the dispenser, and when we asked for them, the boy seemed to ignore us, we told him again because we thought maybe he hadn't heard us and he threw them at us, (literally). Maybe you did not have a good day, but good customer service is of the utmost importance and sometimes involves swallowing the problems that one brings to put on the best face and project a good image of the company.
