★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La culpa es mía por pedir algo diferente que la especialidad de Dairy Queen (el helado suave). Pedí un slush y me dieron practicamente un agua de jarabe, lo tuve que regresar para que me lo arreglaran pero me lo devolvieron prácticamente igual
 Shame on me for ordering something other than the Dairy Queen specialty (the soft serve ice cream). I asked for a slush and they practically gave me syrup water, I had to return it to have it fixed but they returned it to me practically the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del encargado, sino le gusta el trabajo que se vaya y no afecte la marca. Desoirá y mal servidos los productos.
No pone las cantidades correctas, he ido a varias sucursales inclusive en Querétaro y nada que ver en la preparación de este local.
Le comenté al encargado que había pedido un pecan clouster y no veía las nueces, ademas los vasos solo los llenó la 2/3 partes, no quiero pensar mal.
Que mal que el dueño invierta tanto dinero y no le interese su negocio, veo que ya son varias quejas.
Terrible attention from the manager, but he likes the work to go away and not affect the brand. Disregard and poorly served products.
It does not put the correct amounts, I have been to several branches including in Querétaro and nothing to do with the preparation of this place.
I told the manager that I had ordered a pecan clouster and I didn't see the nuts, besides, he only filled the glasses 2/3 of the way, I don't want to think badly.
Too bad that the owner invests so much money and is not interested in his business, I see that there are already several complaints.

I love Dairy ice cream, but specifically in the place that is inside this square, they provide a terrible service. It even looks like they're doing you a favor.

Los pasteles que tienen no los pueden vender por instrucciones del gerente porque son de otra tienda (de la cual me habían dicho que viniera a estar sucursal a comprar). Tenían otros pasteles pero todos estaban “apartados” (sólo una tenía la palabra apartado). Simplemente no les da la gana vender.
I checked the lousy service. The cakes they have cannot be sold by instructions from the manager because they are from another store (from which they had told me to come to this branch to buy). They had other cakes but they were all “set apart” (only one had the word set aside). They just don't feel like selling.

Estoy pagando por los ingredientes y estás personas se lo quedan. Literal, conté los pedacitos y fueron 3 … horrible. Es un ROBO total.
DO NOT ORDER IN THIS STORE WITH RAPPI OR UBEREATS. The staff does not follow the instructions and they do not even send you the minimum. I have already ordered 5 times and this last one was the last straw. I ordered extra lemon Pay and I didn't even get the "basic"
I'm paying for the ingredients and these people keep it. I literally counted the bits and it was 3…horrible. It is a total ROBBERY.
