★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo entre a la plaza por sus helados y en la plaza me empujó en dos ocasiones un guardia por entrar con mi perrito chiquito en brazos y me negaron el servicio, quien lo negó fue una chica. Les comenté que solo lo compraba y me retiraba pero tampoco accedieron
I only entered the square for their ice creams and in the square a guard pushed me twice for entering with my little dog in his arms and they denied me the service, who denied it was a girl. I told them that I only bought it and retired but they did not agree

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo "servicio y atención" de Héctor supongo es el supervisor o gerente pues no me quiso dar más información., minutos antes de su cierre ni siquiera me permitió preguntar anticipadome que ya no tenía servicio, su horario de cierre es 9pm.. no tiene gente y el único cliente que antes de su cierre quiere comprar lo ahuyenta.
Que mal por la compañía que supongo no son sus valores y visión de atención hacia el cliente y peor aún mal por la persona que menciono pues con esa actitud y mal servicio no creo que destaque o llegué muy lejos..
Me molesta mucho pues mi hijo quedó ilusionado con poder tomar un helado de estos que tanto nos gustan.
Terrible "service and attention" from Héctor, I suppose it is the supervisor or manager because he did not want to give me more information. Minutes before its closing, he did not even allow me to ask in advance that he no longer had service, his closing time is 9pm .. he does not have people and the only customer who wants to buy before its closing drives it away.
Too bad for the company that I suppose are not its values and vision of customer service and even worse for the person I mention because with that attitude and bad service I don't think I stand out or I got very far ..
It bothers me a lot because my son was excited to be able to have an ice cream of these that we like so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del "encargado", cero atención al cliente, te trata como si fueras a pedirle regalado. ? En otras sucursales tienen mejor trato. Se ve que el pobre hombre es muy infeliz en lo que hace por eso así.
Terrible service by the "manager", zero customer service, treats you as if you were going to ask for a gift. ? In other branches they have better treatment. It is seen that the poor man is very unhappy in what he does for that reason.
