★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eran las 8:40 pm y los empleados estaban diciendo que ya se querían ir mientras contaban el dinero en mi cara. La empleada me trató muy mal y no estaban usando cubre bocas. Al final no me dieron mi ticket. Me quede solo porque ya había pagado con tarjeta y no quería perder mas mi tiempo.
It was 8:40 pm and the employees were saying they already wanted to leave while they counted the money in my face. The employee treated me very badly and they weren't wearing mouth guards. In the end they didn't give me my ticket. I was left alone because I had already paid with a card and did not want to waste my time anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, actitud de las mujeres que atienden y aparte me hicieron esperar casi una hora para un pastel helado, que estaba bien aguado y derretido, solo mis papás y mis hijos se desilusiónaron.
The service was terrible, the attitude of the women who served them and besides, they made me wait almost an hour for an ice cream cake, which was well watered down and melted, only my parents and my children were disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, la atención es mala y si quieres pagar con más de 100 pesos nunca tienen cambio y las chicas que atienden solo te dicen, te lo debo amigo no tengo cambio.
Prefieren perder la venta a ir a cambiar, obvio porque el negocio no es suyo y su sueldo se lo pagan completo.
Terrible, the attention is bad and if you want to pay with more than 100 pesos they never have change and the girls who attend only tell you, I owe you friend I don't have change.
They prefer to lose the sale to change, obviously because the business is not theirs and their salary is paid in full.
