Los precios son bastante accesibles y el personal siempre hace buenas suegerencias, en caso de que quieras modificar la receta tienes la opción de agregar extras para hacerlo más a tu gusto, sin duda alguna es un lugar muy rico y en particular en esta sucursal la atención es muy rápida y eficiente. Tienen una gran logística.

Atienden muy lento, he ido a otras sucursales (ej.Acoxpa) y nada que ver con este, te dejan esperando más de 15 a 20 minutos. Muy mal.

They serve very slowly, I have been to other branches (eg Acoxpa) and nothing to do with this one, they leave you waiting more than 15 to 20 minutes. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los helados son ricos pero los blizzard te los dan todos aguados... el servicio y atención con pésimos, te atienden de mala gana, y encima no puedes ocupar más de dos sillas aunque estén desocupadas porque te dicen: son dos sillas por mesa, cosa que se me hace absurda sobre todo si les vas a consumir, está todo sucio el aparador y el refrigerador de los pasteles, me gustan los helados pero no vuelvo a comprar ahí...
The ice creams are delicious but the blizzards give you all watery... the service and attention are lousy, they serve you reluctantly, and on top of that you cannot occupy more than two chairs even if they are unoccupied because they tell you: there are two chairs per table, something that seems absurd to me, especially if you are going to consume them, the sideboard and the refrigerator of the cakes are all dirty, I like ice creams but I will not buy there again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había 3 empleados y ninguno de ellos atendiendo la caja, estuve parada esperando unos 5-10 minutos a que alguno de los 3 se dignara a tomar mi pedido en el establecimiento que estaba sin aire acondicionado por lo que estaba horrible mente caliente y cuando lo recibí solo la parte de arriba de los 3 blizzard tenía el sabor que pedí lo demás era puro helado de vainilla
