★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen servicio de mensajería (WhatsApp) pero es pésimo, más de una hora para hacer un pedido, se tardan con si fueran a regalarte la comida, si tienen ese servicio y no lo van atender como se debe, mejor quitenlo.
They have a messaging service (WhatsApp) but it is terrible, more than an hour to place an order, they take time if they were to give you the food, if they have that service and they are not going to serve it as it should, better remove it.

They do not send the complete order, rotten ingredients, we called them to complain and they hung up on us as soon as we told them that something was missing, they are rude.

Pasó más de una hora y ni señas, no contestan mensajes ni dan solución. El pedido aparecía como si estuviera pendiente de aceptarlo. Tuve que cancelar y quedarme sin cenar.
After 2 years I gave them the opportunity again by delivery app since the direct experience had been consistently bad. More than an hour passed and neither signs, they do not answer messages or give a solution. The request appeared as if it was pending acceptance. I had to cancel and run out of dinner.
