Ya van dos veces que según le hacen el servicio y en seguida le falla algo y la atención ya no es la misma obvio cuando querían que compraramos todas las atenciones del mundo y ahora ???? Como puedo salir confiada si según ya revisaron que esta bien y luego resulta que no que algo tenia ??? y entre ellos se echan la culpa por no revisar bien Ayer la llevé y hoy no prende, solo quieren que uno vaya a cada rato para estar cobrando para eso si son buenos??????
They have been twice as they do the service and immediately something fails and the attention is no longer the same obvious when they wanted us to buy all the attention in the world and now ???? How can I leave confident if according to they already checked that it is well and then it turns out that I did not have something ??? and they blame themselves for not checking well Yesterday I took it and today it does not turn on, they just want one to go all the time to be charging for that if they are good??????

La atención para ventas excelente, la atención para servicio un asco. Te dicen que está a cierta hora y te entregan una hora después, que falta de respeto hacia los clientes

Por medio de la plataforma de dalton adquirí hace aproximadamente 1 mes un vehículo demo City. Como una facilidad del Grupo se ofrecieron a llevarme mi vehículo a CDMX y allá lo entregarían. Pará mi sorpresa al. Día de hoy, solo me entregaron el vehículo sin un solo papel, sin la garantía que le toca, sin manuales sin factura, sin duplicado de llaves. Llevamos 1 mes y no nos dan respuesta sobre cuando enviaran la documentación y objetos faltantes pues desconozco si la perdieron o que sucede. También observé que una de las llantas del vehículo tiene un chichón del cual no me puden responder porque me lo entregaron y no lo vi. Desafortunadamente uno pensaría que cuando compra un vehículo de agencia este impecable y obviamente no quieran ver la forma de verle la cara al cliente y curarse en salud diciendo no lo vió. Espero esto tenga solución, al menos lo de que me entreguen mi documentacion y accesorios que son parte del vehículo. Triste que cuando uno obra de buena fe, ellos no den a cambio lo mismo.
Through the Dalton platform I acquired a City demo vehicle about 1 month ago. As a facility of the Group they offered to take my vehicle to CDMX and they would deliver it there. Stop my surprise at. Today, they only gave me the vehicle without a single piece of paper, without the corresponding guarantee, without manuals, without an invoice, without duplicate keys. It's been 1 month and they don't give us an answer about when they will send the documentation and missing objects because I don't know if they lost it or what happens. I also noticed that one of the vehicle's tires has a bump that they couldn't tell me about because they gave it to me and I didn't see it. Unfortunately, one would think that when you buy an agency vehicle it is impeccable and obviously they do not want to see the way to see the client's face and heal themselves by saying they did not see it. I hope this has a solution, at least that they give me my documentation and accessories that are part of the vehicle. Sad that when one works in good faith, they do not give the same in return.

Very good cars, sadly they ruined the customer service several years ago (now it is even worse). It's really sad because they have very good cars.
