Little bit slow service but not too bad

They judge people for the way you dress , that's how they attend you.

Generally pretty good service, right to the point. I was able to get a car in a foreign country with almost no problems.

I drive a long way to have my car serviced. Staff are very attentive.

Air bags on our CRV were recalled so my husband Michael left multiple messages on their voice mail and they never called back. Finally I got a live person and explained the issue. They called back some time later and said they had the parts and we made an appointment for Mar 7. We have to drive 2 hours to get there as we live in the Chapala area. We get there and they tell us they don't have the parts. Drive 2 hours back home. They called some time later and said they now had the parts. Honda USA even told us they had the parts. I explained I couldn't make the trip right away, as we had a trip to the States and would be back on a certain date. So we make another appointment with them for May 11. Michael was very clear on the dates with them, in English and Spanish. We show up and they say they sent the parts back. They didn't bother to call and tell us this. My husband told them we would never ever return to this place. Another 4 hour round trip drive for nothing. I called Honda USA to inform them of this. They apologized and requested to select another Honda dealer in Guadalajara. Oh joy, another 4 hour trip in some of the worst traffic in Mexico.
