★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen tiempos de espera un poco mayores que las demás agencias Toyota, entregando hasta una hora después de la hora pactada y la última vez ni lavaron bien la camioneta pero en general es buen servicio.
 They have slightly longer waiting times than the other Toyota agencies, delivering up to an hour after the agreed time and the last time they didn't even wash the truck well but in general it's a good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola buenos días,acabo de comprar una camioneta hilux 2022 y ya me robaron el catalizador y la mitad del tubo de escape .
No se vale que nos vendan un problema que se tubo que haber visto desde planta , por que aquí el afectado es el comprador final y el costo de reposición de esa pieza corresponde al 10 % del costo del vehículo.
Se le recomienda a la agencia subsanar ese error por que nosotros no podemos estar cargando con esos gastos.
Hello good morning, I just bought a 2022 hilux truck and they already stole the catalyst and half of the exhaust pipe.
It is not worth selling us a problem that had to be seen from the plant, because here the affected party is the final buyer and the replacement cost of that part corresponds to 10% of the cost of the vehicle.
It is recommended that the agency correct this error because we cannot be bearing those expenses.

Toyota is a great vehicle, Dalton Toyota is not.
They do not communicate with their clients, weeks go by with no update, when you contact them they do not follow up, eventually they changed a part that was under garanty with an inferior part without telling me. Only when I asked/ confronted them why I had paid for something and they after months installed something else, they came up with some excuse that it temporary until the part i paid for arrived but never openly or honestly advised me.
All this has been going on since September/ October 2021 and Dalton Management so not seem interested in improving their customer experience or engagement.
