TENGAN MUCHA PRECAUCIÓN CON ESTA AGENCIA EN SERVICIOS.
Por cuarentena utilicé servicio de valet a domicilio, al regreso del auto no realizaron el trabajo que se pagó. Adicional al servicio de mantenimiento pedí alineación y balanceo cosa que no se hizo, no entregaron factura, nota o imágenes que lo comprueben, utilizan maquinaria de otras agencias para alineación y balanceo, se levantó la queja y de nuevo se llevaron el auto, enviando fotos y vídeo del trabajo en esta ocasión con clara diferencia de haber realizado el trabajo.
Lo peor es que al salir a carretera 2 días después, el nivel de aceite no llegaba ni a la marca mínima. Faltaba más de 1 litro.
Empezaré el proceso de reclamo en SEAT contra ests agencia y buscaré sansiones, afortunadamente tengo toda la evidencia.

In addition to the maintenance service, I asked for alignment and balancing, which was not done, they did not deliver an invoice, note or images to verify it, they use machinery from other agencies for alignment and balancing, the complaint was raised and the car was again taken, sending photos and video of the work this time with a clear difference of having done the work.
The worst thing is that when I hit the road 2 days later, the oil level did not even reach the minimum mark. More than 1 liter was missing.
I will start the claim process in SEAT against this agency and I will look for sanctions, fortunately I have all the evidence.
