Te dan un precio al teléfono y al salir te cobran otro, estoy conciente que tienen que cobrar cada servicio pero por eso es que uno pregunta antes y salen con que pague tanto y ya.. no te dicen nada sobre los resultados de como te llegaran o si tu próxima vista es igual consulta o si allí te entregan resultados nada... yo estoy inconforme
They do not give you well the inf. They give you a price on the phone and when they leave they charge you another, I am aware that they have to charge each service but that is why one asks before and they leave with me paying so much and now ... they do not tell you anything about the results of how they will reach you or if your next visit is the same query or if there they give you results nothing ... I am unhappy

OK, yo era frecuente paciente en las damas azules, entiendo su labor y agradezco su trabajo, pero.... el año pasado mi mamá acudió a una de sus doctoras por motivos de su menopausia, la doctora no se si por desconocimiento o de verdad negligencia le recetó "cualquier" crema para la resequedad vaginal, mi madre por confiar en "el profecionalismo y conocimiento" de esta doctora siguió su recomendación compro "cualquier crema" la cual la mayoría tiene hormonas, meses después mi madre presentó un sangrado y consulto otro ginecólogo experto el cual le envío a hacerle un perfil hormonal, que mostró un incremento hormonal exagerado, lo que provocó un tumor en la matriz y la extirpación de la misma. Por favor!!!! Cuidado con lo que recetan! Y a los usuarios pongan en tela de juicio si alguna doctora esta más atenta a su celular que a su consulta! ... No culpamos a nadie más pero si eres Doctor y un paciente confía en ti, lo mínimo es que deberías tener el conocimiento y atención para no hacer más daño al paciente. Saludos.

OK, I was a frequent patient in the blue ladies, I understand their work and I appreciate their work, but .... last year my mom went to one of her doctors because of her menopause , the doctor does not know if due to ignorance or true negligence she prescribed "any" cream for vaginal dryness, my mother for trusting "the professionalism and knowledge" of this doctor followed her recommendation to buy "any cream" which most have hormones, months later my mother presented bleeding and consulted another expert gynecologist who sent her to do a hormonal profile, which showed an exaggerated hormonal increase, which caused a tumor in the womb and its removal. Please!!!! Be careful what they prescribe! And users question whether any female doctor is more attentive to her cell phone than to her inquiry! ... We don't blame anyone else, but if you are a Doctor and a patient trusts you, the minimum is that you should have the knowledge and attention to avoid doing more harm to the patient. Regards.

Me toco que la semana pasada me contactaron para reagendar mi cita lo cual yo acepte pues no tenía problema.
Llego el día de la consulta y al momento de dar mi nombre y decir a lo que iba la señorita que atendía con mala cara me dijo que mi cita ya había pasado (siendo que ellas se comunicaron conmigo para cambiar fecha)
Yo les dije de que me reagendaron cita a lo cual tambien me contesto de mala manera que "quien me la había cambiado?"
Total que les explique y me dieron otra fecha y hora a lo que pedí que me confirmaran.
Tampoco lo hicieron me toco mandar mensaje para saber si iba a tener mi consulta y tampoco contestaron.
I had had good experiences so far.
It happened to me that last week they contacted me to reschedule my appointment, which I accepted because I had no problem.
The day of the consultation arrived and when I gave my name and said what I was going to, the lady who attended with a bad face told me that my appointment had already passed (since they contacted me to change the date)
I told them that they rescheduled my appointment to which he also replied in a bad way that "who had changed it for me?"
Total that I explain them and they gave me another date and time to which I asked them to confirm.
Nor did they send me a message to know if I was going to have my query and they did not answer either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero recomendar ampliamente este lugar, me atendieron súper bien. El lugar muy limpio y todo muy bien organizado, en cuanto al trato fue excepcional ya que en Querétaro es difícil encontrar lugares donde obtengas un trato amable.
I want to highly recommend this place, they treated me super well. The place is very clean and everything is very well organized, in terms of treatment it was exceptional since in Querétaro it is difficult to find places where you get a friendly treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención que había antes era mejor a la que proporcionan ahora, la recepcionista como que no le gusta su trabajo y está ahí porque no encontró otro. Los CD de las mamografías los entregan sin las imágenes del estudio y cuando llegas con tu médico para checar la mamografía, cual es la sorpresa que no hay nada que ver, solamente la interpretación, osea dan un trabajo incompleto.

The CDs of the mammograms are delivered without the images of the study and when you arrive with your doctor to check the mammogram, which is the surprise that there is nothing to see, only the interpretation, that is, they give an incomplete work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice cita con intenciones que me hicieran un chequeo general, y me dijeron que no, que no me lo podían hacer hasta pasar mi fecha, solo me recetaron un medicamento sin tener un diagnóstico y aún así me cobraron, me preguntaban si tenía alguna duda y a la hora de extérnalas la doctora me contestaba prepotente y me decía que hasta la siguiente fecha me podía responder
Los ginecólogos que tenían antes te daban un servicio súper completo y acorde a tus necesidades.
Muy mal.
