He tenido experiencia muy positiva en la sucursal del Blvd. solidaridad, pero en esta sucursal en particular (calle Reforma) siempre te atienden de una forma tan pedante o como si les diera flojera servir al cliente, no buscan las piezas que ocupas, que necesitas, y siempre quieren vender todo el paquete completo.
Poor customer service. I have had a very positive experience in the branch of Solidarity Blvd., but in this particular branch (Reforma street) they always serve you in such a pedantic way or as if they were lazy to serve the client, they do not look for the pieces that you occupy, that you need , and they always want to sell the entire package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se les habla por teléfono para verificar existencia y lo dejan en espera, acude y no esta la pieza, pura perdida de tiempo. Hay refaccionarias con mejor servicio y existencia.
