★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ayudaron a atender una emergencia lo cual estoy muy agradecido, pero para el seguimiento, fue pésimo. Me pidieron que volviera dos días después antes de las 7pm, volví según las instrucciones a las 4pm la doctora no estaba porque salio a comer y tardaba dos horas. Maneje 40 minutos para llegar a la veterinaria. Pésimo seguimiento.
They helped me deal with an emergency, which I am very grateful for, but for the follow-up, it was terrible. They asked me to come back two days later before 7pm, I returned according to instructions at 4pm the doctor was not there because she went out to eat and it took two hours. I drove 40 minutes to get to the vet. Terrible follow-up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Dr. Treasa and Dr. Dan. They had a heart specialist come from Guadalajara in 2 days of seeing my 7 1/2 year old chihuahua Ziggy. Who has CHF and other organ issues I found out. She was dropped on my doorstep 2 years ago. I volunteer at a rescue and they put a piece of paper with her in English saying we saw your tee shirt and cannot feed or take care of her anymore. Please help her. She has been the best dog I have ever had. Just so thankful to Dr. Dan and his team. I never pay except for medication, food cost. And the cardiologist team for everything was only $2,500.
Bloodwork, x rays, all of the cardio test it took about 2 hours. But I found out what was wrong and with medication total was $3,098. Gringos say oh we go to Ladron's they are the best. I cannot afford them. I love Dr. Dan and his team. They care for Ziggy just as their own dog. Love them so much.
