El Saké, que es como un vino que se hace con arroz, también es rico pero lo sirven frío aunque en Japón se sirve tibio pero cuando lo pedí tibio lo hicieron sin problema. If you like authentic East Asian food, come to this place. The food is very rich with flavors very different from Mexican food. Saké, which is like a wine made with rice, is also rich but they serve it cold although in Japan it is served warm but when I asked for it warm they did it without problem.

Los días sábados que he ido tienen algún tipo de evento, el menú es variado y tiene excelente sabor. El personal es de lo mas atento, la mesera es suuuuuper servicial y atiende estupendo. El baño es muy pequeño y la puerta cierra parcialmente, es un aspecto qué pueden mejorar. Sin duda regresaría pero recomiendo ir para cenar, llegar Tipo 6-8 pm Modern facilities, no accessibility for wheelchairs and seniors but I think this is not your market. The Saturdays that I have gone they have some kind of event, the menu is varied and has excellent flavor. The staff is most attentive, the waitress is suuuuuper helpful and takes great care. The bathroom is very small and the door closes partially, it is an aspect that can be improved. I would definitely go back but I recommend going for dinner, arriving Type 6-8 pm

Recomiendo el spicy ramen, el caldo está delicioso!! Y además el personal es super amable y atento I loved this place, the concept is super cool. Super cool music, the food is very good, like Asian fusion. I recommend the spicy ramen, the broth is delicious !! And also the staff is super friendly and attentive

Pedimos además la hamburguesa vde pollo que está también muy bien. Excelentes precios. Excellent food and very good service. They recommended 3 types of noodles and they were all very good. Si eres amante del ramen sabes la importancia de un buen caldo y es algo que en Dang! si supieron entregar, su Chashu ramen está increíblemente sabroso desde su caldo tan espesito hasta su cerdo bien sazonado y las cebollita de topping. Pase un momento muy agradable gracias a la buena música , excelente atención y deliciosa comida. I loved it! I have tried several ramen in Puebla and honestly after having been in Asia, all of them were a lot to owe until I found Dang! If you are a ramen lover you know the importance of a good broth and it is something that Dang! if they knew how to deliver, their Chashu ramen is incredibly tasty from its thick broth to its well-seasoned pork and onion topping. Spend a very pleasant time thanks to good music, excellent service and delicious food.

M	Maxi Ishida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place! Surprisingly good! The restaurant is small with modern touch. Not fancy! The personnel has all disposition and are very kind. They offered some courtesy cause they were overloaded. The food is really good! I recommend Chashu Ramen, curry rice, kimchi rice, dumplings (all varieties). Cold Sake super good. And finally Ice Mochi! Yummy. One of my favorite place in Cholula.
