Creo soy el primero en escribir un comentario, que desafortunadamente es negativo. hace dos meses llame a la sucursal de Daniel Espinoza para preguntar sobre unos aretes y pulsera en particular para completar una gargantilla de mi esposa que compramos en San Miguel, y Wow, Veronica me atendio super, quede impresionado con su atencion y servicio, no tuve que ir a la tienda para comprarlos, me dijo que depositara en la cuenta del Franquiciatario y en 15 dias recibia mi pedido en mi ciudad de origen. El deposito se efectuo el 12-7-16, y es dia que no recibo la mercancia. Me comunico con Veronica, y me dice que ya salio el paquete y que enviara el numero de guia en un momento, ya pasaron 8 dias, y ni paquete ni guia. La buena imagen que tenia de la seriedad de la empresa se vino abajo, y posiblemente ni el franquiciatario este enterado de la situacion. Lastima. ( le di una estrella, porque no me dejo enviarlo con cero estrellas)
