Los juegos para los niños súper descuidados rotos y llenos de sarro (un peligro para los pequeños). Sin áreas verdes con mucho que hacer ahí, por ejemplo habilitar le cafetería que está al lado del espacio de juegos.
Existe una constante fuga de agua. Litros y litros desperdiciandose.
