A	Andrés Valor flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA,, fui a finales de noviembre del año pasado para ordenar unos penny loafers a la medida, y me dijeron que los tendrían para el 20 de enero (justificando el largo tiempo de espera diciendo que las dichosas fábricas estarían cerradas por las vacaciones decembrinas) , todo parece ser un espejismo porque te prometen milagros, te hacen el cuento de que te dan los mejores zapatos del mundo y te enseñan pieles de calidad, no obstante cuando llegó el día en que me entregarían los zapatos, llamé para preguntar por el pedido, y me han dicho que todavía no estaban debido a que había problemas con la fabrica y las pieles, y me han dicho que llamé la siguiente semana y me dijeron lo mismo, y de ahí comencé a llamar por lo menos cada dos días para preguntar por ellos y siguieron con la excusa de que seguían en la fabrica y que todavía no estaban en la tienda, inclusive, una vez que llamé para preguntar ya que aquella ocasión recibirían mercancía, jamás llegaron mis zapatos, hace unas semanas fui con mi padre a la tienda, y siguieron diciendo que todavía no llegaban que por problemas con los proveedores y el taller, no supieron responder bien el paradero correcto del pedido, hasta que decidí esperar un par de semanas más ya que en ese tiempo nos dijeron que podrían llegar los zapatos y si no llegaban nos podían hacer la devolución del anticipo que dimos que fue de 1000 pesos (por lo menos ellos se dignaron a ofrecernos devolución), finalmente fuimos esta semana para preguntar por última vez sobre el pedido y nos dijeron para variar que no había llegado, por lo que solicitamos la devolución del anticipo, cosa que si hicieron, aún así, me siento sumamente decepcionado por la experiencia, es una tristeza ver como 90 años de que este negocio ha brindado servicio a clientes a lo largo del tiempo termine por fallar a la clientela que busca zapatos de calidad y durables, todo por una mala administración que es otro problema que no parecen solucionar, ya que con sus constantes excusas de problemas con la fabrica, el taller y los proveedores de pieles hacen que el negocio se hunda cada vez más y que queden mal con el cliente, ya que el buen servicio al cliente hace destacar a un buen negocio. Por lo que recomiendo a todo aquel que vaya a mandarse hacer zapatos a este negocio que lo piense dos veces porque la promesa de un buen servicio y excelentes zapatos no es mas que un sueño guajiro. Y para la zapatería, recomiendo que solucionen sus problemas con sus proveedores y fabricantes, y así el negocio mejorará, y si ya no les gusta el negocio, MEJOR CIÉRRENLO INCOMPETENTES, porque yo ya no estoy invitado a regresar a su decadente negocio que no hace más que quedar mal con el cliente en estos días.
