★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé un reloj de cuerda como de 50 años a servicio en plaza del valle y me lo regresaron con tornillos faltantes y se atrasaba y duré un año con ese reloj yendo y viniendo y nunca quedó bien al final mejor dejé de ir porque nunca me lo arreglaron mejor lo lleve en el centro en relojería Cronos ahí le pusieron una pieza que le hacía falta y quedó bien al final no se las demás personas para mí no fue nada bueno
I took a wind-up watch for 50 years to service in Plaza del Valle and they returned it to me with missing screws and it was late and I lasted a year with that watch coming and going and it never turned out well in the end, I better stopped going because they never fixed it. I better take it downtown in watchmaking Cronos there they put a missing piece on it and it turned out well in the end I don't know other people for me it was not good at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, llevé a cambiar pila un reloj, otro a reparación de una manecilla desprendida y otro mas a reposición de la carátula de cristal, en los tres casos excelente servicio y además limpieza por ultrasonido de los relojes, quedaron nuevos. Los dos primeros relojes me los entregaron en 1 hora, el otro tardó unos pocos días ya que el cristal era especial. Pero excelente.
Excellent service, I took a watch to change the battery, another to repair a detached hand and another to replace the glass face, in all three cases excellent service and also ultrasound cleaning of the watches, they were new. The first two watches were delivered to me in 1 hour, the other took a few days as the crystal was special. But excellent.
