I They love these ice creams but on Saturday May 7th I went with my family to the branch that is next to the Soriana in Plaza del Sol. Very bad experience with the staff. I ordered a frozen yogurt. Since they served me it was super watery I told the lady and she told me that it was. I took it but it had no flavor so I came back and asked for an explanation. A saleswoman approached, she looked like she was the supervisor, and she told me if you like, I'll change it for you. I thought it was a very good idea and she wanted to serve me from the same machine, so I asked her to use the other one since you couldn't see the slush from there, so she very kindly served it to me, I wonder the whole routine of how I wanted it etc etc. In front of the other very friendly diners and when he handed it to me in a very low voice so that the others wouldn't hear, he told me literally: "I'll still offer you an apology" for which I felt very pleased but immediately he told me the same thing in a low voice "but in asking is giving”.
