En la sucursal de Iztapalapa parecía que nadie quería atender, preguntamos varias veces quién atendía, mejor un señor que estaba vendiendoles algo nos saludó.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonitas macetas, pero he pedido más de 30k en sus productos y al principio era bueno el servicio, poco a poco fue empeorando, me llegaron más de 3k rotos en un pedido, todo mal empaquetado, y estoy de acuerdo que menciona que no se hacen reembolsos por productos rotos, pero si están mal empaquetados no es culpa de la paquetería solamente, esto sucedió más de una vez, se dio otra oportunidad, se mencionó cómo venía el empaquetado, y volvió a suceder sin darle importancia a lo comentado, así que si vas a recogerlo tú mismo lo recomiendo al 100, pero si vas a pedirlo o hacer un pedido grande, me he encontrado con más productores de cerámica que se esfuerzan en quedar bien con el cliente y se esmeran en hacer que las cosas lleguen bien a su destino, porque es obvio que un 30% de material roto más de 2 veces no esta bien, y quizá el error fue mío en confiar después de la primera vez.
