★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recientemente me hospede en el hotel y quiero decirles que tuve una pésima experiencia. Por favor no cometan el mismo error que yo y vayan a otro que si traten a sus huéspedes de mejor manera. Al lavarme la cara manche un poco la toalla y me escribieron para cobrármela. Me aumentaron un cobro de algo manchado con grasa de zapatos y yo solo llevaba tenis!. No se de donde sacaron eso. La alberca no tiene agua caliente y su restaurante no funciona. Hay mejores opciones en Valle. Definitivamente no regreso
 I recently stayed at the hotel and I want to tell you that I had a terrible experience. Please do not make the same mistake as me and go to another than if you treat your guests in a better way. When I washed my face, I stained the towel a little and they wrote to me to charge it. They increased a charge for something stained with shoe grease and I only wore tennis shoes! I don't know where they got that from. The pool does not have hot water and its restaurant does not work. There are better options in Valle. Definitely not coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En términos europeos esto no deja de ser un hotel sencillo de tres estrellas a lo mucho. Las habitaciones son amplias y las vistas preciosas. Pero la insulacion no es buena y el ruido de la calle principal por la mañana es notorio. El balcón, su principal atractivo, es por tanto un lugar poco tranquilo durante el día. Tienen masajes cuyo servicio y precios no están actualizados en la página (mal por los que lo llevan), y no tienen medios. Te cobran como si fuera de lujo pero ni tienen piedras suficientes como para garantizar un masaje de piedras calientes de calidad. Las masajistas son buenas con las manos. El vino de la casa es horrible. Llevense una botella, no pidan servicio. El personal es atento, y está limpio. El problema está en el management del lugar.
In European terms this is still a simple three-star hotel at best. The rooms are spacious and the views are beautiful. But the insulation is not good and the noise from the main street in the morning is notorious. The balcony, its main attraction, is therefore a not very quiet place during the day. They have massages whose service and prices are not updated on the page (bad for those who carry it), and they have no means. They charge you like it's luxury but they don't even have enough stones to guarantee a quality hot stone massage. The masseuses are good with their hands. The house wine is horrible. Take a bottle, don't ask for service. The staff is attentive, and it is clean. The problem is in the management of the place.
