★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por las mañanas hay clases de acondicionamiento físico, samba, baquetas, kick box y zumba, de lunes a viernes de 9 a 10 y los martes y jueves de 8:10 a 9:10, yoga. Cuentan con varias opciones de pago dependiendo de las clases a las que una decida asistir. Por 20 clases al mes el costo es de 380 pesos. Es limpio, sanitizan y la música suena muy bien. Las instructoras todas llenas de energía y con la mejor actitud. También cuentan con clases por la tarde, de las cuales no tengo información.
A veces después de trapear el olor es no muy agradable pero pues, es cloro ??♀️
Recomendado para ejercitarse bailando.
In the mornings there are physical conditioning classes, samba, drumsticks, kick box and zumba, Monday through Friday from 9 to 10 and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:10 to 9:10, yoga.
